I'm currently on a break from a half-complete Ph.D., in the area of computer vision and pattern recognition, that I hope to finish someday. Looking for an interesting research-oriented job, although ideally I'd like to be self-employed. (Writing for Tuts+ seems to be a very positive step in that direction!)
